Betty just whipped together a cute little birthday greeting for a friend of hers. She has decided she needs lots of ice cream scoops and candle flames for her stash. Two Star Design can take care of that for her!!!
This is so cute!!! She is not sure if it will be the front of a card, a post card or a tiny quilt. Whatever it ends up being is just darling!!!
